Jacqulyn grew up learning the value of hard work through many days out on the construction site with her dad and two brothers. These early years were where she was responsible for digging trenches, moving bricks, and mixing cement. From this early age, she learned that there were no shortcuts on the grunt work and that everyone worked as hard as possible until the job was done. She credits this as the foundation of her work ethic that helps guide her through each role. She began her career in hospitality simply looking for a job that had a little more variety and had not been disappointed. She quickly fell into Revenue Management and has loved growing in this field as it has evolved over the years.

While her work ethic is a strong part of who she is, her balance is the life she builds with her husband. Their two children and dog keep them busy between athletics and quick little explorations from Joshua Tree to Big Bear to San Luis Obispo. There is truly never a dull moment. Jacqulyn thrives in the controlled chaos of her large extended family get-togethers and enjoys hosting Sunday afternoon BBQs or Beach picnics where she plays baseball with her kids and nephews or plans the next family getaway with her sisters.

Her favorite guiding principle is “Listen”, because growing up in a family of 6 kids, everyone was fighting to be heard. It wasn’t until she was an adult that she learned the best way to accomplish that was to listen first.
